• I just had a rep already out to our plant to look at some problems where we need to clean concrete off of expensive equipment. The first supplier I met at the show was president of his company and said he could help. He called the local contact right on the spot and put me on the phone to set it up for this week. He even followed up personally this week to make sure they came out. That was worth the trip to ISSA, since we've been looking for months to find the right product. Andy B., genera2009-10-15@1:03pm
